We are so excited to invite you to the 9th Annual University Jump Rope Summit, which is being hosted by UNC Chapel Hill from April 4-6, 2025.
Registration
Registration for the 2025 University Jump Rope Summit is now open. The deadline to register is February 15, 2025.
**Information about competition event registrations will be sent to coaches/captains after your team has registered.

Competition
All Summit competition events, except for the Team Showcase, will be competed in-person. Freestyle events will be competed without music and scored on a subjective judging scale. There will be gender divisions for individual events only. There will be divisions for novice (3 years of competition or less) and experienced (more than 3 years of competition) athletes for all events except long rope speed. A group must be comprised of more than 50% novice athletes to compete in the novice category.

Speed:
30s individual speed
30s individual double-unders
30s consecutive crosses (novice) / TS crosses (experienced)
30s butt bounce
30s 2-in-1 speed
30s double dutch speed
30s double dutch duo speed
60s long rope speed
Freestyle:
30s single rope individual freestyle
45s single rope pairs freestyle
60s double dutch freestyle (3 or 4 person)
Showcase:
3-5 min virtual team showcase (video submission deadline TBD)

Hotels
Hotel rooms for the 2025 Summit have been blocked off at the Home2Suites Hotel, which is a 10-minute drive to campus. Rooms are $119 per night, can sleep up to 6 people, and include free breakfast. You can book using this link.
